How to get photos without watermark?

In order to protect our design and products, we used watermark. If you are our reseller customer already and need to have clean photos for marketing purposes, please send email to our sales team. You can also ask us to shot new photos for you to fit to your commercial applications.

For guests and new clients please contact us and provide below information to get the clear phontos.
1. Your company name, website, address and phone number;
2. Explain where will you use our photos and ensure no use in any of other applications.

Please do not use blank photos in any commercial conditions without our formal confirmation.

How to Pay?

We accept payments from Paypal, Western Union and Bank Wire (T/T), we do not accept credit cards or cash on delivery.

Paypal is easy to use and provides it’s users with strong customer protection. With Paypal you can either use your existing Paypal account or pay without being a Paypal member. Paypal provides the highest level security to make your online shopping experiences safe and secure. It has been used and trusted by millions of eBay shoppers and other ecommerce buyers worldwide. For users in most countries, you can pay using your credit card through Paypal.

Bank Wire, also called T/T, is a traditional way to send money from one bank account to another bank account. To make a transfer you will need to provide your banking account details and a reference for your order number. This is needed to verify the transaction is successful and allows us to match your payment with your order. Depending on your bank and country, the transaction may take up to 2~5 working days to complete. You can request details from your bank to find how long it will take the payment to process. Note: Bank wire charges are your responsibility. Please instruct your bank that you will pay all the fees at the origin.

If you can not use Paypal or Bank Wire (T/T), you can consider to pay via Western Union. Please contact our sales team to get beneficiary’s information (First Name, Last Name, City, Country, Amount).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Most of the orders can be processed within 1~2 working day. Some order will take longer due to stock, big order quantity, incomplete/bad shipping info etc.

Shipping time mainly depends on shipping method you choose. Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional restrictions, but if the courier is changed later you won’t be extra charge.

How to Track My Order Online?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we  send you a tracking number via email and keep on tracking it in real time until it reaches at your hands.

Customs Duty and Customs Clearance

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. Unit price excludes customs tax. Customers are responsible for paying the customs duty.

When you buy from GeekLEDs, the goods are sent from Shenzhen of China.Therefore you are importing and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through customs in your destination country. Your destination customs have the right to hold and inspect your goods according to their policies. As the importer, you bear sole responsibility for the clearance of the goods any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold.

If you are dropshipping, it is important to note that the consignee of the goods is your customer, and therefore they will be liable for any assessed import duties, sales taxes, or issues arising from customs inspection. In most countries, depending on the category of goods imported and the quantity or value, the shipment will be assessed for duties and /or sales tax. That is your responsibility to check details before place an order.

What if the product does not work properly?

Please always contact us firstly by email or via online chat support. By provide your order number and the model number, we can help you to clarify what the problem is. In most of the cases, we can solve the problems without sending the product back(restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory etc).

If the product doesn’t work even you try with our technical supports, we’ll guide you to send it back to us to get it fixed.

How to send back defective or broken goods?

Please contact our sales team via email or online chat. We will discuss returning shipping methods and other details.

What is the returning procedure?

  3. We receive your returns and let you know.
  4. We ship back good ones or repaired ones to you.
